Every year, my dad’s place of work throws an all day picnic in July. Almost every year I try to go, even though we no longer live in town, because who can pass up all-you-can-eat grilled steak, hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, and soda? And playing BINGO! It is definitely a fun, family event.
Adrianna enjoyed the slide and other various rides at the park. She also enjoyed playing with her cousin, Ebony. Ebony was really excited to see Adrianna as well and called me every day prior to the picnic to remind me about the picnic and to talk to Adrianna.
Adrianna went on a duck hunt (like an Easter egg hunt but with little ducks hidden the in grass) and won $10. So we bought her a little “water table” since she loves playing with water so much. Greg, Adrianna, and I also enjoyed bouncing on my parents’ trampoline and the kids enjoyed their little swimming pool.
