Greg and I got our first COVID-19 vaccine shots today! We did a drive-through event and got the Pfizer one. It is so weird how happy we were to finally get this much-anticipated shot. I couldn’t help but feel some relief and hope. Like there’s finally a light at the end of this very-long isolated […]

21 Years
For our 21st anniversary, we had a nice dinner in. Adrianna offered to make dinner for herself and the little girls and that she would watch them in the basement so that Greg and I could have some time to ourselves, but we decided that we would prefer a nice family dinner all together. So […]
Come Little Children
I’ve been enjoying Greg‘s latest recording project and thought you might, too. Here’s his [rock] arrangement of “Come Little Children.” (Inspired by Erutan)
Built-in Shelves
Adrianna asked Greg to build her some adjustable shelves in her closet. It’s been a few months in the works, as it included clearing out her entire room so they could paint, too. But the finished result is worth it! They turned out beautifully. Now I am thinking he may need to make ME some […]

Hi, Dad!
Greg had to fly to Seattle for a week of meetings. When we found out the approximate time his plane would fly over our house, we hung around outside so we could wave. The girls had fun shouting, “Hi, Dad!” to two possible planes that could’ve been his flight.
Team-Building
Greg and some of his coworkers had a team-building activity that involved axe-throwing.
Easter 2019
Since our girls are getting older, Greg decided to make their hunt for Easter candy a little more challenging this year. He created an individual scavenger hunt for each daughter. Adrianna, being the oldest, had the most complex clues to figure out, although we were both surprised at and proud of how quickly she cracked […]
