Christmas #3 was to be spent with my side of the family. Unfortunately, the snow and windy weather kept away Cindy, Kendall, Layla and Aidan. Bree was especially vocal about her disappointment. She’d been happy about the snow when she woke up and saw it on the ground, all beautiful and white. But when she heard her cousins wouldn’t be able to visit because of the treacherous road conditions, she exclaimed angrily, “But I thought snow was a good thing!”
The rest of us still got together and Dad and Debbie’s, as they were already planning a big meal for everyone. We had a fun evening of gifts and games.
