Today in preschool, the kids were asked to draw a picture of their favorite thing from the fall season. Adrianna drew a picture of the two pumpkins we bought at the pumpkin patch over the weekend. One large, one small, just like the actual pumpkins that she and Greg had picked out. In her drawings, they are actually Jack-o-lanterns as she is looking forward to carving the real-life pumpkins as such.
Also included in her picture is a tall Adrianna, some rain (we had a rain/snow mixture outside today), and a spider. Below the picture, she has written “pumpkin”, “Halloween”, and “candy”.
I love the papers that come home from preschool.
A note for Adrianna:
Adrianna, you are learning to write your letters so nicely. Good for you! And I liked your pumpkins with the snow coming down and the spider. I love to see what you are learning in school.
Happy October!
Love,
Grammy
