We took a walk near Standley Lake this afternoon. The water level is low so we found lots of shells, to the little girls’ great delight. Cate had a large handful of them that she was struggling with, so I recommended that she just pick 1 or 2 of her favorites and put the rest back. “But Mom, they are ALL my favorites!”
