This introvert is celebrating the fact that our calendar is blissfully EMPTY of activities for two weeks! (Not counting family coming into town for Christmas and later the first week of January, which I am really excited about.)
I’ve been overwhelmed with our schedule (especially this month) so I am really happy to be entering into a break for awhile. We even skipped a couple of fun activities recently because I just needed a break. And disclaimer: we WILL be doing some schooling here at home (when family is not here) simply because we took a break with our move last month. And we have to get our old house cleaned up, painted, and ready to sell. But to not have any commitments for a little while feels amazing.
