Silly Cate. She had been reaching back through the bars to try to get some of the items in the main part of the cart. Then she couldn’t get that chubby baby arm back out.
I had tried twisting every which way and gently tugging for quite awhile before I sheepishly went up to customer service. Eventually, we unstrapped her and turned her body sideways and she was able to pull it out. Jaws of life crisis averted. 
 Customer Service was really upbeat and helpful.Â
