Makerspace

Bree attended a beginner coding class at a nearby makerspace and was happy to learn that the makerspace was having Open Hours directly after. She saw a little heart-shaped wooden box and wanted to make one herself, so with some help, we were able to print the pieces with a laser printer. She then put it together. I was impressed by how she intuitively knew how to put the pieces together simply by looking at the model, even quicker than me! She then decided she wanted a small decal for the top of a hummingbird, so we found an image online and used a Cricut cutting machine to make it. It turned out really good!
