Last Thursday, I met with some other Grace University alumni at the Colorado Mills Mall to talk about plans for a Grace chorale concert at Kelvin and Leah’s church. After the meeting, Adrianna, Bree and I went shopping. We ended up spending almost 5 hours at the mall! The two highlights for Adrianna were the Lego Store and the carousel.
At the Lego store, they had a great little station where you could make your own Lego men/women. You could choose the hair/hat, face, torso (outfit), legs, and one accessory. We’ve acquired many Lego people but the majority of them are men so she was happy to create three more women for our collection.
The carousel was also fun. I cannot believe how big Adrianna is getting. I remember the days where she was scared to go on anything but the bench seat on the carousel, with me at her side. And now she goes on the ones that go up and down, all by herself. *sniff*
