We recently purchased the new Super Mario Bros. game for the Wii. If you haven’t played it, it is a lot of fun and allows for four players to play at one time. Another feature of the game is that when your character “dies” on the game you come back to that level in a bubble. Or, for parts of the game that are difficult to navigate through, players can choose to put their character in a bubble and float through while the other players beat that portion.
Shad and Lynette and their exchange student, Yana, spent the weekend with us and we all enjoyed playing. Adrianna wanted to play too. She did her best to try to move and jump her character, but it will be a while before she is really ready for this game. But she was more than happy to place her character into a bubble and just float through most of the levels. It was somehow really cute seeing her be so serious about “playing” and seeing her character float along on the screen.
Zach yells at me because sometimes I bubble too much…just a reaction for me now…hehe. I have been doing better like trying to wall jump out of a pit when I’ve fallen instead of bubbling, however if he would just stop dying when I need to bubble there wouldn’t be a problem! We have actually beat the game now though we still have to go back and collect all the star coins we missed.
