Last weekend, we visited Tiny Town, Colorado, which is a kid-sized town and train (with a real steam engine) nestled in a canyon about half an hour from Denver. Some of the buildings are based on actual older businesses from the Denver area.
The houses have actual miniature furniture and people inside them, so it is fun to peak into the windows. Other houses are open so kids can go inside them and peak out the windows.
Adrianna loved it, and was already asking to visit there again on our way home.
After Tiny Town, we stopped off at the Colorado Mills Mall and went for a ride on the carousel and window-shopped. It was a good way to spend an afternoon.
