Yesterday when Adrianna was supposed to be taking a nap, we heard an interesting conversation coming from her room. We could only hear Adrianna’s side of it through her door, and her voice was very loud and commanding.
Go to seep! Cose eyes. NOOO! Teddy Beeh, you naughty! You go time out! NOOO! Cose eyes! Time for nigh-nights! Cose eyes!…
Well, you get the idea. There were times that she was loudly CRYING and fussing so much that I became concerned and would get ready to open the door and check on her when she would then continue her conversation with her animals so I knew that she was really okay. But she was very frustrated that her animals would not go to sleep. Kinda how I felt that SHE wouldn’t go to sleep.
When we finally gave up on her ever falling asleep (after this went on for an hour) and went in to gather her from her crib, she had all of her stuffed animals in a pile around the place where she stood commanding them. And like her, they still weren’t asleep nor did they have their eyes closed.
I know that that’s kinda a frustrating story, but it is so cute! I love my little neice! She sure is a good mommy to her teddy bear! Not letting him get away with disobedience.
