Disaster, as in new recipe didn’t turn out as planned. Bummer. Time for a Chipotle run. (Dining Out – Silver Lining?) Even so, Greg is happy that I am trying something new. I was trying to make Mongolian Beef, but I am still getting used to using a cast iron skillet instead of a normal skillet, so things got way too hot even though I had the temperature even less than the recipe called for. I am going to try it again another day with my regular skillet and see if I get better results.
