We’ve been working with Bree to “use your words” instead of screaming and just in general. This includes saying “Please” when asking for something. Although she is getting better about saying Please and Thank-You on her own, sometimes she still needs a little prompting. She often includes the “ask nicely” in her request, which I think is adorable.
Bree: “Meeyo glam glackloes.” (More graham crackers)
Me: ” How do you ask nicely?”
Bree: “Ask nicey…Peese!”(After receiving more crackers)
Bree: “Dank-oo”
