The girls and I went hiking on Fowler Trail in Eldorado Canyon this morning. We had a lot of fun, except for the time where Bree lost her footing and slid (backwards) a few feet down a rocky area. She got pretty scraped up and cried for a long time, asking me over and over, […]

New Quilts
Karen and Zach came over last night for an impromptu game night. (Carcassonne and Settlers of Catan) Karen brought early birthday gifts for each of the girls – quilts that she had made for each of them! They were each quite excited about the designs she thoughtfully chose for each of them.
Baby Crib
Tonight, we sold the baby crib (along with several other large baby-related items.) I guess it’s the end of the baby era for the Reimers. Feeling a bit nostalgic. Can you tell which baby is which?
Talent Show
Adrianna played an original arrangement of the Undertale song “Bonetrousle” (Original version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqzBv3FYpr0). We were glad she was still able to play with her cast! Happy Easter
Aquarium Field Trip
Of course, one of the highlights for Bree were the seahorses, but the girls enjoyed seeing all of the fish.
Horseback Riding
It’s a fine day for a ride with Fabio. I am so pleased to watch Bree’s confidence grow.
Princess
Adrianna had a special dinner event at youth group tonight. I cannot believe how grown up she is getting. She is wearing a pair of MY heels which put her almost as tall as me! When Cate saw Adrianna coming down the stairs in her new dress and with her hair in curls, she exclaimed, […]
Beautiful March Day
Bree, her horse Fabio, and one of the kind volunteers at our Therapeutic Riding. We are so thankful for this place and their sweet, faithful volunteers. And happy to have 60 degree weather in order to be able to ride outside, even in the midst of winter.
