Well, Adrianna’s first night in her crib went really well. She slept pretty good, and so did I. When I put her in her crib, she immediately stretched her little arms above her head and stretched her long legs out as far as they could go. A sign of comfort. She slept good until about 3:30 a.m. at which time I fed her and then she slept until 6:30 a.m. I was already gone for work at this point, so Greggor had to get up early with her.
Right now we are at Shad and Lynette’s place. We came last night after Greg got off work. Had dinner at Salsa Brava and then went out for some Deer onDemand, which was successful. Saw a couple right along the road. I love Springs. After we got back to the Rempels’ apartment, they taught us how to play Shanghai Rummy, which we stayed up until 1:30 a.m. playing. I came in 2nd; I think Shad was in first. Fun game, a lot like Rummikub but played with cards instead of tiles.
Adrianna woke us up early with her usual cheerful goos and squeals. After I fed her, she slept for another couple of hours only to awake again at around 8 with some more happy baby sounds. Such a morning baby, and oh so cute. I love how she always smiles so big at me when she first sees me.
So Adrianna is a morning person, unlike both her parents 🙂
