Chicken Pox Day 2

Day two of Adrianna’s quarantine. I think I would go crazy if I didn’t get to leave the house, but *thankfully* I had a dentist appointment this morning. (I really like my dental hygienist; she is only 2 days older than me and fun to talk to.) I was also able to visit Archiver’s this afternoon while Adrianna napped, since Greg is working from home. This evening, I will go in to work to makeup for not being able to work this morning. So all in all, a productive day. And I even got to sleep in until 7:30! Aww, that was nice.

Adrianna is back to her cheery and “talkative” self today. The pox still haven’t blistered over yet, but there are a few more on her torso. She also has some on her little bottom, girly parts, and a couple on her thighs. Other than that, they haven’t spread anywhere else yet that I can see. I am thankful that they don’t seem to be bothering her yet.

Poor Adrianna. I wish we could’ve come down this weekend, but with the pox and with the roads being so bad…it just didn’t work out 🙁 I was looking forward to visiting you guys! Anyways, I guess we’ll just have to plan it for some other day.

    Love you!

What a relief she gets them so light and when she is so young. i got them when I was 8 and they werent bad but my sister was 11 (got them from me) and they were terrible. they say the older you are the worse. At least she´s getting them out of the way.

    Awwww poor munchkin. =(

She is lucky to have gotten them so young – other than missing the vaccine by a few months. I got them when I was 12 or 13 – OWWIE.

Ahhhhhh Archiver’s. Do you know how much I miss that place? =) I sooo can’t wait until they open one in Texas!! The online store will have to do for now – that’s pretty nifty – I didn’t know they had one!!!!! =)
