Bree got to go to her first Vacation Bible School this week at our neighbor’s (Janette) church. I wasn’t sure how she would handle it at first, especially since it is a different church than she is used to attending, but she loved it and didn’t want to leave every evening when it was over. […]

Building a Rainbow Dash (or Two)
I got a couple of gift cards for Build-a-Bear (thanks to Discover Rewards!) so we took the girls there since the current theme is My Little Pony. Both girls chose to make Rainbow Dash.
Park Playdate
Adrianna and her BFF, Alexis. Our unicorn-loving girlie found this helmet at the park and put it on and wore it around the playground for a bit. LOL. Guess we need to get her one of her own!
Family Reunion
First, we got to have Godfather’s Pizza! A must anytime we are traveling through the Omaha area! 🙂 Karen rode with me since Greg couldn’t come, which was really nice. She was a big help with the little girls. On the way home, we even got to visit a lookout tower, with Grandpa, at a […]
Cute Cousins
At a rest stop east of Limon.
Lovely Afternoon
Enjoying a Popsicle that our neighbor brought over. And setting up a “Doller Stand” to try to sell things. Adrianna is quite the entrepreneur. 🙂
Home For a Bunny
Karen, Cindy, and Janis – look what I scored at a used book store today! Can’t wait to read it to my girls. 🙂 A home for a bunny, a home of his own, under a rock or a log or a stone. Where would a bunny find a home? Bree has fallen in love with this book already. […]
Horses and Ponies
Bree is very interested in horses and ponies (and unicorns). So when I saw this informational book on horses and ponies at a recent homeschool conference, complete with many colorful pictures, I knew she would love it. She has been carrying it around the house and requesting us to read it.
Sweet Sisters
Now that she feels comfortable picking up Cate, Adrianna does it all the time. She’s a great big sister. Love these girls so much!
Polly Mike
Bree just threw Adrianna’s lone male Polly Pocket (AKA “Mike”) down the window well. Many tears were shed, causing me to bravely try to open the basement window to see if I could fish him out. (This was a brave act on my part due to the many spiders and webs that congregate there, both […]
