Molly AKA Mommy

Adrianna loves our dogs. Whenever she hears them bark, she starts woofing too. When Molly tries to lick her face and darts her tongue in and out, Adrianna sometimes copies and flicks her tongue in and out too. I shudder to think how many french kisses she may have received already.

While she knows the dogs by their names, Adrianna cannot properly say “Molly” yet. Instead, she repeats the first consonant again (like she does for many words) and thus ends up calling her “Mommy.” It is definitely weird hearing her call to the dog, “Mommy! Mommy!”
