A Tickle, a Toot, and an Inhaler
One of my most embarrassing moments occurred in college. Greg and I had been dating for only a few months at the time.
I was over at Greg’s apartment, The Green Burrito, and we were watching tv or something on the couch. All of a sudden, he decides to tickle me.
Prior to this moment, I had always insisted to Greg that I did not ever fart. In fact, I told him that I was not even capable of such a gross bodily function. Of course we both knew this wasn’t true, but I wasn’t about to willingly prove my theory incorrect. The key word there being “willingly”.
As Greg started to tickle me, it happened. I couldn’t contain it nor could I control the loudness of it. And it was loud.
I was quite embarrassed. At least Greg thought it was funny. But, to make matters worse for me, he thought it was SO funny that he started laughing so hard that he had to go get his inhaler. I was mortified.
Now, fast-forward 7 years. We have been married for going on 6 years (as of January 28th). This type of thing isn’t a big deal anymore. I guess you could say the Honeymoon is over. 🙂
hi umber, I am spoiled, cause if I dont see several updates like you used to do everyday, I am disappointed! hehehehehe
I’ve been performing that bodily function around Zach for a while now…it was embarrasing at first, but now it’s just like…”oops, honey…I farted…” I guess because he was my best friend way before my husband…I just always felt comfortable around him…maybe a little too comfortable for him hehe!
