She will tell me that she has a headache, so I will ask her where it hurts. She&#8217;ll then point to her butt or her elbow or other body part. Hmmm&#8230; Or, if I tell her that sick kids need to sleep, she will tell me, &#8220;I&#8217;m better now, Mommy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We have a doctor kit from my childhood that she enjoys playing with. She will put the stethoscope around her neck and carry her doctor briefcase over to me and tell me, &#8220;Mommy, say &#8216;Hi, Doctor Adrianna.'&#8221; Then she will take my temperature, use the stethoscope to listen to my heart, check my ears and throat, and also take my pulse.<\/p>\n<p>She also loves medicine. So much that it scares me a little and I am extra careful to keep them out of her reach. When I do have to give her medicine, after confirming that she is indeed in need of it, she will tell me, &#8220;Thank you for feeling me better, Mommy.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adrianna is often telling us that she is sick.
