Thankfully, on the way back everyone was in good spirits though and it ended on a high note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex We&#8217;ve been reading the Laura Ingalls Wilder books with the girls, so it was fun to pretend we were in Little House on the Prairie <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u00f0\u0178\u02dc\u2030\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf6\/2\/16\/1f609.png\"> (though this homestead was built about 40 years after the story takes
