(It was a bus tour through Paddywagon Tours.) On the way, we also made a quick stop at Lough Tay (also known as&nbsp;The Guinness Lake) in the Wicklow Mountains.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3477\" src=\"http:\/\/noreimerreason.com\/amberandgreg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/09162019_066-e1568844171698-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Lough Tay (The Guinness Lake)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noreimerreason.com\/amberandgreg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/09162019_066-e1568844171698-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/noreimerreason.com\/amberandgreg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/09162019_066-e1568844171698-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once we got to the Glendalough area, we were able to explore this ancient Monastic Settlement.
