They are AMAZING. One of the most beautiful and awesome places that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. We took over 200 photos. As good as they turned out, they still cannot do this place justice.<\/p>\n<p>We enjoyed walking some of the easy\/moderate trails. Adrianna helped us keep a look out for rattlesnakes and pretty rocks. We found lots of pretty rocks but, thankfully, no rattlesnakes.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Amber and Adrianna in the Badlands\" src=\"\/blog_images\/2008\/08172008_22.jpg\" alt=\"Amber and Adrianna in the Badlands\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"The Badlands\" src=\"\/blog_images\/2008\/08172008_71.jpg\" alt=\"The Badlands\" width=\"400\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Greg found a large crack in the landscape and decided to take some silly pics climbing out.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Greg\" src=\"\/blog_images\/2008\/08172008_143.jpg\" alt=\"Greg\" width=\"400\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Adrianna had to crawl into the crack for her picture after seeing her Daddy do it. You can see her gesturing to me to take her picture from another angle.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Adrianna\" src=\"\/blog_images\/2008\/08172008_149.jpg\" alt=\"Adrianna\" width=\"400\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Beautiful formations as far as the eye can see.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Badlands\" src=\"\/blog_images\/2008\/08172008_168.jpg\" alt=\"Badlands\" width=\"400\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Adrianna very much enjoyed playing in the dirt. She kept a running dialogue about how she was &#8220;doing her homework&#8221; and didn&#8217;t want to leave.
