On this one I have a question… I know how to do a mask if I do a paper over a rounded-corner shape, but I don’t know how to round corners when it’s a photo. Can anyone tell me how? I’m new to this, if you can’t tell! I use PSE7. Thanks!
Hi tsa,
In the case of a template, you can “clip” the photo to the template layer below it in the same way you do a paper layer. This will automatically clip the photo so that it takes on the shape of the layer it is clipped to, in this case, rounding the corners.
If you want to round the corners of a photo or paper without the use of a template, etc. or just want to know more on clipping photos/papers to have rounded corners, I have a tutorial (including screen shots) on how to do so using PSE: Digital Scrapbooking: How to Round Corners on your Photos in Photoshop.
