Online community

I really enjoy online blogging communities. I find it a great way to keep in touch with friends and family who don’t live nearby. It is also a great way for me to keep a journal of events in my own life that I want to remember.

I also spend a lot of time reading blogs by people I haven’t even met. My favorite blogs are those written by other parents with small children or babies. I joined a blogring that has other moms who have babies that are the same age as Adrianna. These other moms are going through the exact same things as I am and have the same questions that I do. This is so reassuring, helpful, and valuable to me. What a great way to get many varying opinions and shared experiences that I can then take and modify to fit into my own life. And all from the comfort of my own home and doing what I love – wasting time on the computer.
