New Orleans deployment
My brother, Brian, got word yesterday that he was to be deployed to the New Orleans/Mississippi area. (Brian is in the National Guard.) He was given an hour’s notice. Then, just as he was to walk out the door after packing up, he was told to “sit tight for now” but remain ready. He would have been driving a fuel truck for support. For now, just the Military Police are going from Brian’s group, but he could still be called on short notice.
